Where do I pick up my prize?

Unless otherwise specified, prizing can be picked up at:

Rogers Video Store
333 Bloor St E (corner of Jarvis and Bloor)

TTC: The Rogers Video Store is located close to the Yonge/Bloor and Sherbourne Subway Stops. Unfortunately no prizing can be mailed out. Please note that some prizes require pick up during business hours at the JACK FM offices. In these cases winners will be notified by phone and/or email with further instructions.

When can I pick up my prize?

Please allow two full business days for processing after winning unless otherwise specified. Prize pickup hours are as follows:

Monday 9:00a - 9:00p Tuesday - Saturday 10:00a - 9:00p Sunday 12:00p - 6:00p

The Rogers Video Store is closed on all Holidays.

When coming to pick up a prize please take note that...

• You will need one piece of legal photo ID that matches the information you are registered with in The JACK NATION
• All prizing is automatically processed with your information and only you can pick up your prize. The Rogers Video Store employees WILL NOT release a prize to anyone who is not the contest winner.
• Your prize will be available for 30 days from date of winning.
